Sascha Vernik alias REVKIN is a painter, illustrator and animator. DANIEL ANDREW WUNDERER is a writer and filmmaker. Both are based in Vienna, Austria.

The two met in 2020, when Daniel was looking for an artist who could storyboard a somewhat unusual film script: part social media satire, part superhero-flick it starred a beauty-vlogger-turned-avenger who weaponizes her smartphone: „Acid”  seemed like  an antihero straight out of a comic book. Without hesitation, Revkin accepted the challenge. But things don’t always work out – or do they?

When the film project fell apart, Sascha and Daniel decided to join forces and find Acid a different  home. Now they are bringing her to life in comic book form – the form, it seems, that was always meant to be...
